Why are you selling only digital products?

Selling digital products is not our primary activity. We are building a social platform for civic and democratic needs of every citizen at https://citijan.in/. Every product purchased from us will help us in improving our platform to assist and empower citizens. By purchasing from us, you are contributing to the evolution of democracy. That's why, we are selling only digital products.

 

Why can't you accept donations?

Citijan Digital Innovations Private Limited is a registered Private Limited and not a 'Not-for-Profit' Organization. It is illegal for us to accept donations.

 

Why aren't you a 'Not-for-Profit' Organization?

The scale that we are envisioning for Citijan cannot be achieved as a 'Not-for-Profit' Organization. The social problems that we are tackling require sustainable business models that are not dependent on philanthropy. Several Start-Up benefits offered in India and across the World (Ex: DPIIT Recognition, Cloud Credits etc.) are not available for 'Not-for-Profit' Organizations. That's why, we are pursuing social objectives with business models.

 

How can I support you?

You can support us by purchasing digital products from us, by spreading the word about us and by subscribing to our blog at https://citijan.in/blog.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our digital products will reach you on your e-mail within 3-5 days of completing the order. If the products do not reach your e-mail within 5 days, please write to us at hello@citijan.in

 

What is your return policy?

Our digital products cannot be returned once purchased.
